The registration fee does not include any travel cost, insurance, accommodation, sightseeing tours or airport transfers.

It is mandatory to provide APBMT membership ID while registering for the congress, if registering as an APBMT member.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You may send the cancellation requests to contact@annualmeeting.2024.apbmt.org, on or before 15 September 2024.

In case of cancellation due to Covid or travel restrictions imposed by Governmental due to covid related issues , 75% of the registration amount will be refunded.

There will be no change of registrations from physical to virtual or vice-versa. In case of these changes, the delegate will have to cancel the registration under one and re-register for the other.
